When wickedness seems to prosper, God's Word in Psalm 37:9-10 reminds us that evildoers will be cut off — and those who wait on the Lord will inherit the land. Hold on to faith and trust in His promises.

When evil seems to prosper, Psalm 37:7-8 calls us to be still, wait patiently on the Lord, and refrain from anger. God is in control — His peace that passes all understanding is ours as we trust in Him.

It's easy to get consumed by the world around us, but Psalm 37:5-6 calls us to commit our way to the Lord and trust Him to act. When we set our hearts on God, His righteousness shines through us like the noonday sun.

Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness. Delight yourself in the Lord; and he will give you the desires of your heart. –Psalm 37:3-4

When evil seems to flourish all around us, Psalm 37:1-2 reminds us not to fret or be envious — like grass, the wicked will soon wither. God is sovereign, faithful, and always working all things for good.

But, we should know, God doesn’t compare us to others. His standard of morality, righteousness, and justice doesn’t come from man, but from Himself! Did you know that God demands us to be holy and perfect?!
