Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we'll sort that out for you.
Returns / Exchanges
While we don't offer returns or exchanges, if there's something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, please check our sizing charts (located in every product description).
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that's the case, please let us know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Depending on the bank or credit card company, it may take anywhere from two weeks to one month for your refund to be reflected.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
